"Ordered two packages one with shoprunner one with the stores native two day shipping (it was free). The Native package arrived in two days, the shoprunner one still is AWOL. I contacted Support, they said that its the retailers issue contact them regarding shipping. Bottom line why pay for a shipping service that can't actually get you free 2 day shipping on time? I can't imagine the business will sustain as inflation increases and people demand better service. Also why the HELL does FEDEX (shoprunners parent) use UPS for shipping? "
"I placed several orders through them thinking wow they advertise 2 day shipping which is quicker than the regular merchant shipping (Swanson). However orders are shipped UPS ground instead which take just as long as the merchant shipping itself. Why order thought them I ask myself? Definitely bait and switch tactics. I would not use again and I don't recommend."

"I've used Shoprunner a bunch of times and they are usually good but they have bogus policies when it comes to their "free returns"! AE has an unlimited return policy, I am trying to schedule a return for just over 2 months and Shoprunner is telling me "Sorry, American Eagle Outfitters's return policy indicates that they cannot accept returns after 60 days, and we're unable to offer a free return on this order." I already confirmed with ae that I can return!!! Not OK!"

"The Shoprunner for Chico’s near Goodyear, AZ uses UPS to deliver their parcels. It is not 2 day shipping in my experience. This week I was to receive a parcel on Jan 22, then it was to be the next day- now it is to be Tuesday, Jan. 28. I called to ask why and the person I spoke to In Customer Service at UPS said that my parcel had been misdirected! So I decided to try their service when buying a camera from Adorama. B&H had the same camera for about 20% less money, but Adorama agreed to match their price. To use Shop Runner, I had to check out with the highest price on the item, and the service rep would edit the bill on my Am/Ex card. It was a bit of a run around, but I thought it would get here sooner than B&H's regular ground - WRONG !
B&H typically gets to me from NY to FL in about 4 days. My purchase was on a Friday, and Shop Runner doesn't apply to weekends. My item will arrive on the next Tuesday.
When I read 2 day shipping, my thoughts go to Amazon, or priority mail, etc. If I purchase on a Friday from Amazon, my stuff gets to me by Sunday, and now with their new expedited delivery, the NEXT day, with no added cost except their $120 membership. (I use their streaming video service, plus other benefits making them the best deal in town).
So much for Shop Runner. I'm not unhappy, just 'un thrilled' and would never pay for their service. It's free with my Am/Ex card. As mentioned earlier, most of what I saw available were high priced retail merchants.

"I only have this because Amex offers it for free, and I would have had to pay for shipping otherwise from the place I was shopping. An order placed on 6/13 (Sat) was processed and "shipped" on 6/14 (Sun), with scheduled UPS delivery by end of day on Wed 6/17. So that's still 3 day delivery even if you account for the weekend. Still, saved me $7.50 on standard shipping charges, which wouldn't have gotten things to me any sooner."
