Ordered shoes on November 13 - scheduled to ship on 11/16-UPS. UPS showed they received auth to ship, but shoes were never delivered to UPS. Two weeks later no shoes. No call, no notification, nothing. Tried to call - What online business answers their phones 8-5pm, MO-FR, Eastern? Finally talked to Customer Service three days later and " OH, we made a mistake! We'll get them out tomorrow. " Shipped on Dec 3rd. Expected today, Dec 11th. If i needed these for an occasion, I would have been further disappointed. Overall horrible customer experience. No follow through, "sorry", or anything. You can't run business like this today folks. For the savings i was gaining on this purchase, i've now spent that on time following up. Don't patronize businesses who provide bad service."
"Over two weeks now and still no shoes. I have written three emails about my order and have not received an answer. I have also tried calling customer service and just get a voice recording.
I may have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back at this point."
"I don't know how this place stays in business! Nothing but a scam advertising low prices, listing a variety of sizes available, when in fact, they actually do not have the sizes advertised on line. This has happened to me three times where I've placed an order (which confirms that my size is available), my credit card is charged, and then my credit card is refunded because my size is no longer available. I've also received the wrong boot, as it was listed incorrectly on the website. I will NEVER order from this website again. Shoptheshoebox needs to get their inventory/warehouse procedures/guidelines in order!! Stay away, their website is enticing with their low prices, however, you will be extremely disappointed."
"Order a Vince Camuto Peep toe Shoes.price was awesome but when i got the item,the box was moldy and the shoes doesnt look like brand new at all.the leather has scratches and it's just disappointing.send them an e-mail for exchange but no response after a week and i decided to give them a call.at first,nobody was picking up the phone.the automated voice was saying that they are already closed and just call back on their working hours which is 8-5pm and its only 4pm!so i try again and somebody finally pick up the phone and i tried to explain everything to the lady and she was just cold.and on top of that,i have to pay for the shipping cost if im going to send the shoes back for exchange..this business is very unprofessional.awful.will never ever ever buy again despite of their low prices of shoes.like they say,sometimes it's too good to be true."
