"My order never arrived. UPS tracking showed that it was shipped, then promptly returned to sender. I tried to contact Shop Wright over several weeks. There was no answer at their phone number, and their voicemail was full. No one has replied to my emails. This is either a scam or a terribly run business. *Update 1: I was able to reach someone at The Frank Lloyd Wright Trust, which runs Shop Wright, and they arranged for the package to be reshipped. **Update 2: After a second failed attempt to ship the package, and no reply to my emails, I received a receipt for a full refund (3 months after the order was placed). While the refund successfully went through to my credit card, I'm not impressed with their shipping or costumer service."

"I ordered a Craftsman' insipired wind chime and a baseball cap mid-day on thursday, selected standard economy shipping, order arrived late Friday afternoon!. Prices are moderate, but products are top quality and proceeds do support a great cause. This is excellent customer service, I would buy from them again without hesitation."
