"I've never read show magazine before so I wanted to order a few from there website. .

I bought them on May 28,2009. 20 days later I've not received a single package from them. Nor am I able to received any information of how or when or even if my package was sent.

I've tried contacting them for order status and their CS takes at least 4 days or no response at all. Before my order I asked a few questions. Straight to the point in bold caps were my answers but they responded. The moment I asked for order status, I was told my e-mails were blank, complete lie. I had ALL of them cc to another e-mail account and they ALL showed up fine. (email contact only, no phone number provided)

It's difficult to get a response and there is no order tracking option anywhere. All I want to know if my items are on their way or not.

Also, no phone number is provided on your credit card statement. Nobody to talk to and I find this aggravating.

So I ask the bank for a chargeback because nobody was responding and frankly, that annoyed me. I went on vacation and on July 15 I called home and was told the packaged did arrived that day.

I didn't want to keep the issues without paying so I reverse the chargeback. When I finally got home August 22nd someone wrote on the invoice two issues are now no longer in stock. Please choose two different ones. So, I paid for two issues I do not have.

I emailed them about a refund and they said my order should arrived soon? Obviously they don't even read the email. I replied saying two issues are not in stock. there response was "How may I help you?"

I told them which issues are missing and how much they cost me on the invoice. There response? "WHICH ISSUES ARE YOU MISSING???????"

And it kept going on like this, the most aggravating e-mail exchange I ever experienced.

I find this stupid, why couldn't they issue a refund for the out of stock items AUTOMATICALLY and say sorry out of stock. Instead they do not seem to understand what I am talking about.

They then ignore all other emails over 12.62cents out of a 88.10 order. They are SO stupid, if they refunded me the difference for items they cannot provide for me there would be no problem and I might have bought more past 12.62 in the future.

I've never seen such poor customer service, I WORK customer service and refusing to return money for no merchandise dragging on to 3 months is unheard of.

IF you like show magazine, buy from retail. if online and they are out of stock they still charge you for it.

The magazine itself is okay but some of the poses are awkward looking. One magazine if you look closely, the model had armpit stubbles. Very hard to tell but it's there. WTF? It's called AIRBRUSH!

I have nothing positive to say of this magazine or there store.

My advice? Stick to Maxim or American Curves AT LEAST they do not ignore your emails AND solve your problem in one easy email, NOT drag it on forever and ignore.

Terrible terrible store. WORST customer service.
