Worst company ever!!! Stay away and do not bother to ever order unless you want the wrong product and no return or refund

"Worst experience ever! Ordered some shelf brackets for 4 glass shelves I had made. Ordered through Sears. A week after ordering, I got shipping confirmation. When they arrived, they had shipped 4 Phillips but inserts?!?!?! Not even close to the shelf brackets ordered. Like I'm really going to spend $37 for 4 bits. SEARS has escalated multiple times internally and to shower door direct, as well as me calling them over 20 times. Be prepared to get some answering system that say your call is very important, and put you on hold for 15 min. It offers to hit 0 to leave a message. If you are stupid enough to wait the 15 min you just get the message option anyway. They never call back. It is all a scam. Do not, again stress, do not order anything from this company!!!!!!"

Horrible customer service

"I bought a retractable screen door from Sears website it went to Shower Door Direct they sent two broken doors and refused to issue me a refund two months after the original purchase they are all horrible company do not buy anything from Shower Door Direct or you will be sorry"

"This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a 3/8" vinyl L seal. The part is solid plastic on one side. Their shipping department folded the part into a small mailer and kinked the plastic in four places. It was damaged before it left their warehouse. I called and they said they would send a new part. Unfortunately, the part they sent was a totally different part. I called again. They said they would send the correct part. It's now almost five weeks and the replacement never arrived. Now they're blamming fed ex for loosing the part. If you enjoy getting damaged or wrong parts, and weeks of run around, this is the place for you. "
