"This has been the worst experience I have had buying tickets. I purchased tickets in June for a Vegas show for Sept 6. Keep in mind, I understand the complications everywhere with COVID. I purchased $1000 airline tickets to get to Vegas to see this show for my anniversary. I confirmed prior to getting on the plane (I purchased the insurance for the airlines so I could have had a refund) that the show was not cancelled. I arrived 2 days prior to the show. Booked a room also at the Casino where the show was being held (also refundable within 24 hours of arriving) another $1000. At NO time was I contact, via phone call, email, text, smoke signals etc that the show was CANCELLED until we arrived at the theater! Spend an hour on the phone with someone I could hardly understand to process a refund. It is now 10 days later, still no refund so I call the Customer Care. Now I am being told a refund will apply to my account NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF PROCESSING. So I may get a refund after 60 day until eternity........ Never again will I use this company!"
"Horrible customer service. I spoke with a supervisor who assured me that we would be able to exchange our show tickets due to a late airplane arrival. He advised us NOT to show up at the show that night because we would miss half of it. He advised that we could exchange our tickets for a Thursday show the next week. When we went through the the exchange process the next Thursday, we were then advised by the customer service rep and manager in duty that day that they were unable to exchange the tickets for that night's show. Over $800 down the drain. Beware!!! It is not worth saving a few dollars. If we went through the box office, the exchange wouldn't have been an issue. However, showtickets.com uses an outside broker to obtain their tickets. Per one of the supervisors, They are not even an authorized outlet to deal directly with the box office. "
"Purchased 4 full price tickets for my family to see Matt Franco at Linc Theater. Was told I could only pick up my seats 30 minutes prior to show to learn our seats were so far on wing of 2ndrow that severe angle to see show and obstructed view of essential video screen was obstructed.
Called SHOWTICKETS following day and was summarily dismissed. Even ushers at Linc Theater were sympathetic knowing these seats should never be sold let alone at premium pricing.
SHOWTICKETS.COM SHOULD NEVER BE USED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AS THEY ARE PROVIDED WITH WORST SEATS WHICH CUSTOMER DOESNT REALIZE UNTIL ITS TOO LATE AT 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW.

"BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I bought tickets for Cirque du Soleil. Confirmed seats. On the day of the performance, they sent an email telling me that because the theater was so full that they could not seat me together. They told me I could either change my date to a week later, purchase better seats at twice the cost. or get a refund in 5-7 days. Since I was now IN TOWN, I took the refund and called the box office. I got seats together in the same section for the same performance. WhenI got the theater, I found that it was half empty, and we changed seats ourselves to one of the empty rows in front of us after the show started."
