"Placed an online purchase for a custom small form factor (SFF) PC on 12/8/05 and a ready-to-ship SFF PC on 12/15/05. Needed delivery before Christmas. Also required delivery to a different address depending upon ship date. Sales support called and assured the delivery would be routed for on-time receipt. Both arrived at the proper address; one on 12/19 and the other on 12/20. Both machines were in proper working order and their performance has been excellent. I'm very happy and will order from Shuttle US again. "

"Ordered a system on June 26 2005. By July 11th, I didn't receive any sort of e-mail updating my status on my order so I gave the company a call. First several calls no one picked up and I didnt even get a machine. I was simply cut off the line. Finally I talked to a representative and I was informed that my system was in the last testing stages and would be shipped out by Wed July 13th at the latest. It is now Thursday July 14th and I tried calling the company all day long without having a single representative pick up and without getting a machine. The call simply gets cut off. I don't know what kind of business this company is running, but they seriously need to rethink their custome service because my experience so far has been extremely far from satisfactory."

"I ordered a "Ready To Ship" computer system on Sunday night December 14, 2004. The particular system was on sale with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

I received my computer system last night which was Tuesday, December 21, 2004. So I did get the computer and a few days early even! Note that the delivery was by UPS but the choice given on the website was for Federal Express ground.

I recieved all the items ordered except a free MP3 player which was part of the sale. It will be shipped later according to the included handout.

I got the computer up and running pretty quickly but I will note that documentation is a little sparse for novice users.

The computer I ordered is the G5 8300m with the Windows Media Center 2005 edition OS. I will add my review of the computer system at a later date.

12/28/04 I did get the Creative Labs mp3 player just a few days later and it was a full retail version in the blister pack.

1/1/05 Computer is working fine. Fan is a little loud on bootup but it becomes acceptable after a few seconds. Overall I'm very satisfied with it.

"on purchasing a unit I paid extra for express savor shippingand when sending an e-mail I get automated return that tells the shipment will be arriving December 22- 23rd that means I paid $30 extra and he is taking 8 to 11 days to arrive unacceptable for express shipping the total shipping charge was $70 no one answers the phone very disappointed and have my doubts if the unit will even arrive personally I would never order from this company again I have not received the unit and am very disappointed"

"I purchased the new P series system from us.shuttle.com and ordered it on Oct 14th (they charged my credit card on the 14th). Since there is no way to track your order on their website, I've been emailing them to get updates, and so far, the shipping date has been pushed back three times. And I would never have known about the delays unless I happen to email them first. The first two delays, I waited a day after the supposed shipping date to get status on my order only to find out the ship date has been pushed back. I'll update this comment on November 1 when I am *suppose* to get an email confirming that my system has shipped.

November 2 update: OK...November 1 came and went, and nothing from us.shuttle.com about my order status. I sent an email to the customer service person who handled my order and haven't gotten a response yet.

There is much room for improvement with their customer service.
