Is Sigma trying to hide valuable info by not posting negative reviews

Be careful when you buy items on sale from SigmaBeauty.com because you will be paying taxes and custom duties on the original price and not the actual price that you paid ( the sale price). It makes huge difference if you are an international buyer. I have no problem paying my taxes and duties on the sale price I payed but not the extra that I had to pay. I've contacted "Sigma" and they said it is their rule - they never mark sale price on the papers for customs, customs will see the regular price. Makes absolutely no sense to me. It is the same as you buy something at a store on a sale but have to pay taxes on the full price?! Very disappointing. Product is a great quality but the whole experience was a disaster.
Also, SigmaBeauty.com doesn't post reviews that are not at least 4 stars positive reviews. I've wrote above review on their website and it "has not been accepted due to its content". So, if you are wondering why all the customers are so happy - that is because unhappy customers are not welcome there.
