"I ordered 10 items. They were poorly-made and packaged in a way that made it look like I bought them at the dollar store. Seriously, the quilt looked like it was stitched by a visually-impaired beginner, the family date calendar had cheap PAPER hang tags (for $15 a box), and the guac bowl is so cheaply packaged, I am embarrassed to gift it. The catalog makes things look nice, but it is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM SIGNALS."
"I'm really disappointed in how I had to dig this information up myself. I had to contact the company and find out why it says it was delivered to my address and I had not received the item. SAYS it was DELIVERED...TO MY HOME???!
It wasn't until I messaged customer service, via the 'live' message box on the order, that the info was given to me. It would have been nice to know when I ordered that it was on back-order!
I would NEVER have place a Christmas present order knowing I wouldn't receive it until NEXT year! Furthermore, NOW I don't have time to find another item, in time for Christmas!
I will never return to this site for orders. This is the standard? There are WAY too many options out there.

"This order was promised for delivery by Christmas. As Christmas approached with no delivery, and no ship status from store, I called twice (two days apart). Both times, the customer service representative promised I would receive the item by Christmas, and also promised to have someone contact me with more information, but no further contact was made. I also used their online form to contact customer service. All I received was an automated response saying to expect a reply within 48 hours. No real reply was ever received. Finally I called (after Christmas) to cancel my order. My credit card was not billed, but the quality of customer service was so horrible that I will never shop there again."
