"Plumber here! Came to a homeowners house that had a Signature Hardware fixture. I called about possibly getting parts to help the homeowner in repairing it. Jean F from customer service answered my call and she asked me to send pictures of the fixture. She quickly emailed me from her email and I provided her with pictures and she quickly set up an order for me to get everything shipped to the homeowners house ! This helped me help the homeowner in a quick turnaround time. "
"I bought shower faucet eight (8) years ago, the Thermostatic Mixing valve stops working. After an unsuccessful online search trying to try to find a repair part, I decided to call Signature Hardware. Kim, offered the best customer service ever, 10/10! she was able to find the repair parts and ship them to me for $0.00 (Under Warranty). I will shop again from this company, and I recommend them for your hardware needs.

"Now discontinued shower rod they sold as indoor/outdoor they now claim not meant for outdoor use. Because item discontinued I have no proof their brochure in 2007 advertised in specifications that is was meant for indoor/outdoor use. How do I locate discontinued items for SH?"
"I bought a bathroom vanity from Signature Hardware. Anywhere it has gotten even a little wet (which you should expect in a bathroom!) the stain just melted away. Terrible product, and they refused to replace it. "
"For the amount that I spent I expected for my vanity 1) delivery people to have manners 2) for hardware signature to have my back when asking the delivery truck to back up truck to my driveway and leave my vanity in 1 foot to the side instead of blocking my driveway. Not only was the delivery guy rude but when I called signature hardware about backing up truck into my driveway was considered white glove service. Their items are expensive the least they can do is not block my driveway with the delivery. Representative didn't care and unhelpful . The material is nice only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Won't take my business here"
"I bought a unique rear flushing toilet a few years ago on Amazon. It had a flushing problem and I couldn't find the internal parts. Called signature hardware and they were able to find the original order. Even though the parts were no longer available they sent me the entire tank assembly under warranty. I received it in just a few days. They definitely stand behind there products. Couldn't be happier."
"I would never recommend this company!"
"Back when I built my new "old home" in 2008/2009 I bought Signature Hardware faucets for 3 full baths, 2 half baths, my kitchen (two sinks), and my wet bar. I also purchased a claw foot tub from them. I picked Signature Hardware because I LOVED their "old fashioned" designs and because the prices were excellent. The only other manufacturer offering styles that I felt would fit the overall design of my home had prices that were four to five times as much as Signature Hardware's! My plumbing budget just would not stretch that far. So, despite reading reviews trashing the company, I decided to take a chance. To this day, I am so glad that I did!
First, although I ordered a number of different styles, every single item (a total of 1 kitchen faucet, 2 bar faucets, 6 bathroom sink faucets, 2 tub faucets, 1 clawfoot tub "telephone" faucet, and 3 shower faucet sets) was incredibly heavy... clearly solid brass. My plumber had warned me against using "off brand" products but, after installing them changed his tune and admitted that he'd never installed anything any better made.
Second, when my order first arrived, one of the handles for one of the tub faucets was scratched. I contacted customer service and they asked me to email them a picture of the damaged faucet. I did and they immediately sent a replacement faucet...told me not to bother sending the scratched one back as they had no use for it so there was no point in spending any money on shipping it back.
A few years ago my kitchen bridge-faucet developed a leak that could not be repaired. When I contacted customer service under their warranty, they said they were sorry but that they no longer carried that particular faucet so could not replace it for me. HOWEVER, if I could find one that I liked among the faucets they still carried, they would replace my faucet with whatever I chose. The one I picked out was, I think, a bit more expensive than my original choice had been, but they sent it to me anyway. No charge. Not even for shipping.
Recently, the hot water on one of my bar faucets that probably gets the most use of any faucet in the entire house, has been spitting and sputtering and then today, the cold water handle on the same bar faucet froze up completely and would not turn. I'm sure both issues are due to our excessively hard water. We pulled both valve stems out intending to go purchase replacements but then could not figure out exactly which valve stems we would need to get. So I called Signature Hardware's customer service just to get the information on the model number of valve stem we would need to buy. When I explained the issue, the woman I spoke with looked up my original order (it has now been more than ten years since we bought these things!) and said they would send us the necessary valves for free under our warranty.
Bottom line, I have never had a bad experience with Signature Hardware. Whenever I call for anything, I get thru immediately and get amazing service. Their products are amazing and they stand behind their warranties. You just can't ask for more than that.
And just so nobody thinks this is a bogus review, I'm signing my real name with my city and state. You can google me and see that I'm a real person.

"Our company has tried to do business with Signature Hardware for a couple months and they have been terrible. They won't send you invoices and they put you on hold for way too long for very simple things. And then when they ship product, it's often wrong. Whether the wrong thing gets shipped, or they send 3 times the amount that you've asked for (and of course charging you for all of them), this company is just disfunctional. If they could get their act together, maybe we could trust them. But they are one of the worst vendors I buy from out of the dozens I work with. "
"Brought a shower system paid $810 diverter valve leaks when changed from shower head to rain shower or hand held called customer service great I thought , they send me another, which leaks worst than the the original. All for $810

"Heads up. You will have to pay for a FedEx return envelope. Think about it before you put your order in. There are a lot of companies who sell kitchen hardware who offer free shipping on returns. You do not have to put up with this company."
"We really enjoy working with this company and their outstanding products. We just wanted to take a second to share this with everyone as most people come on here only because they had a poor experience. Our experience with them has been outstanding."
"I bought 6 shelf brackets and they were too large for my kitchen; I was able to return them but they charged me $21 for the return fee!! Will not recommend shopping here!!"
"I ordered the side splash for the 3 cm midnight black quartz vanity and it was 3/8" inch too short. Contacted SH and initially was told they were out of stock and wouldn't be back in until September 2018. This is May 2018. Ended up speaking w someone else who said she found me 1 that was the correct length (or what they say is the correct length) 21" so 4/8" longer. Now the side splash is 1/8" too long and hangs over the end of the countertop. I contacted my tile guy and he has the ability to shave off the 1/8" fortunately!!! Otherwise, I am sure that there's nothing else that SH can do for me because they say 21" side splash should fit but really it needs to be 20 7/8" to exactly fit the countertop.
I purchased the Benoist 60" Vanity, the 3 cm midnight black quartz vanity top which comes w back splash, 2 rectangular undermount sinks and their Enid bronze faucets (beautiful)
Review of Benoist 60" Vanity. - It's what I expected, rustic solid wood vanity. Arrived undamaged in incredibly elaborate protective packing - recommend this product if this is what you are looking for. It's pricey though.
Quartz Midnight Black Vanity Top and Backsplash - Perfect, gorgeous on the vanity, much better than granite. Again, arrived undamaged in incredibly elaborate protective packaging - recommend this product
Sidesplash - See above
White Rectangular Undermount Sinks - They were out of the sinks that they list on website for this vanity top but they found me some other ones and they were even less money. They look great. Again, arrived undamaged in incredibly elaborate protective packaging - Recommend
Enid Faucets - The lighter bronze on these is gorgeous!!! More like a copper bronze and appear to be very high quality, heavy. Wish they would have worked! Unfortunately they would have IF I could have snagged the 2 cm countertop before it was discontinued. I ordered the faucets and then the countertop was discontinued. It was about 2 months before they got the new 3cm countertops back in stock (Recommend 3cm over 2cm countertop, looks better). The problem is that the faucets were manufactured to specs for the 2 cm and not the 3 cm so they were to short to install. They went back and I ordered similar from Delta in brilliant stainless.
I give SH 5 Stars for delivery packaging and customer service BUT it was a little frustrating dealing w the faucets and the side splash and thus the 4 stars overall. I will order from them again. As with any online retailer YOU HAVE TO BE ON YOUR TOES AND VERY DETAILED ORIENTED!!! The customer service person at these companies may not think of all the minute issues so you have to!!! But you are saving over buying "in town"
My purchase date wasn't 6/15/2018 but that is the date of my review. I started ordering in September 2017 and finished up w the side splash issue in May of 2018.

"I'm a contractor, I bought a $575 tiny 12" vanity for my own home's bath remodel. I was shocked at the lack of quality, cheap hinges, press board backing instead of plywood, a sink with a dead flat bottom so it always has water in it, brown plastic magnetic catches on for the doors (as cheap as you can buy) and the doors were slightly out of alignment as well, but due to cheap hinges, they're not adjustable.
I wrote a review, customer service called me to try to tell me how to adjust hinges (that were non adjustable), they explained that customers find the MDF or press board easier to drill for water lines than plywood (I almost fell over laughing at that one), and said if I seal the flat bottom stone sink it would be fine. Wow, is all I could really say.
I followed up 10 days after my review to see why they hadn't published it yet. I was told it would be published in 24 to 48 hours. 24 hours later I see that that particular vanity is no longer on their website. I'm willing to bet it shows back up in a month still saying "Be the first to review this product".
Bad company, cheap products, WAY WAY overpriced, if you want junk go to Lowes or Home Depot and spend 1/3 the amount on the same thing.
Avoid this company as all costs, the customer is not their priority."
