"When I received my order, I was disappointed in the products. I ordered 2 magnetic signs, and 1 corrugated plastic sign. I called customer service regarding my issues with these items. I sent pictures of the items and got a call back from a representative from your company. I was told that the printing process for your magnetic signs would have a muted color appearance, however NOTHING of this is stated on your website when ordering. I was offered a discount on a future order, however, that's not happening. I am truly disappointed with the quality of your products I ordered from your company. In the last 48 hours, I have used these signs as a traffic warning display, and some of the color of both the magnetics has disappeared and or smeared in the wet conditions they were used in. Very Poor Quality. It also took almost 2 weeks to receive my order, still too long even if it was free shipping. I will NOT be ordering anything in the future from your company. Truly disappointed"
