"I had been working with another popular sign company and was having difficulty getting the artwork placement the way I wanted it to be. They were so difficult to work with, they actually told me to never call them again. I was shocked! Then I found your company, thank goodness! I met the kindest Sales Rep, Emris Latham. She walked me through the entire ordering process with patience, said she would work with the art department to make certain the layout was as I wished. I told her that I need the product by Dec. 4 and she said she would do everything she could to get it here on time and will work closely with the art department. Unbelievably, I received it on Dec. 1st and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The backdrop is exactly what we wanted and more.
