"Product prints nicely. The designer tool could use a couple of enhancements to make it more user-friendly but is still very easy to figure out.

I had to postpone my order for a revision I needed to implement on my end and was sent to Samantha G for customer service. She is knowledgeable in this craft and did not mind taking the time with me over the phone to offer her advice and opinions (only when asked - and I did ask!). With her suggestions we worked out a better design for my storefront window.

She is as good as it gets in a time where customer service is dying. Very refreshing to have dealt with her."

"I have not yet gotten my decal but wanted to come on here and give a 5-star review to Emris who answered my call to chat online and then phoned me today to help me through this process, which, not being an artist, was confusing to me. She helped me with all aspects of this order, including sizing and color choices, which gave me the confidence that this is going to be a worthy expense! And, on top of all that, she was charming and witty. How often do you get all that from a company?! I am excited to see my decal and hopefully, I can get it on my car okay. Too bad Emris won't be there to help me with that part, lol, because she'd do a good job of it, I am sure."
