"I ordered a vinyl decal for our front window door, and because I had a problem with another company's decal being semi-transparent, I specifically called before placing the order to make sure that the product I was receiving would be opaque and would conceal the area that needed concealing. I was assured that it was, and when I asked them if it didn't work would I get a refund, they laughed and assured me that I would. When I received the decal sign, it looked nice, but I could tell right away that it wasn't going to be opaque/thick enough to conceal the wording that we were trying to hide from the outside. Even when we tried doubling it up with the other failed decal, it didn't work. So, I sent a request to customer service for a refund, indicating all of the above information. They insisted I take pictures, so I sent those. She talked to her supervisor, who basically told her to tell me that "I got what I ordered, so no refund was coming, and they didn't have a record that I had called in." ... Basically calling my integrity into question. Really? Completely unsatisfied with their customer service. I will say that the product arrived very quickly, and if I didn't need an opaque sign, it would have been just fine. But to be called a liar -- not so good."
