"The online tools for editing and uploading yr images are difficult to use, and don't work well for OS IPads and mobile devices. The ability to order something different than imagined is therefore higher than competitors with better designed websites.
When mistakes are made Signazon will not make any deals (credits etc) to get them remade correctly.
The product I received was incorrect for my needs but correct per the sign off sheet, so in effect it was made correctly..the quality of the print and material was good..(just unusable for my application).
If I was to use them again I would do my design upload , and then call and speak in person to absolutely make sure every element was as I'd imagined..I would not rely solely on the online tools.
The customer support is timely and knowledgeable, but once you've signed the proof document they will offer no flexibility or customer service concessions..you get what you get.
I accept this is their model..but there's less expensive services out there (eg VistaPrint) so Signazon is premium pricing without premium tools or premium customer focus.
I would try competitors before going back.
Btw they have discounts available on line almost continually, so find a special offer coupon code online before checking out..
