"I ordered 2 signs, I messaged the company ahead of time the same day. Less than 24hr notice. They proceeded to produce after plenty of notice time in accordance with their guidelines.

Customer service did not refund, or help with store credit. I have no use for the items that are being sent to my address. The policy that the customer service verbally advises you is not the same one on the website.

Do not be scamed by this company, the last words from customer service will always be "we can't help you there is nothing we can do" that's the last thing any customer wants to hear."
