"i ordered a 2ft by 8ft banner.
I kept communicating that the website would not allow me to
enter 2ft by 8ft instead of 12in by 24in too small.
very disappointed. tried chatting on-line & same results, they said it went to production and already shipping out. WOW really?!
I emailed and same results - lady mentioned that it's too late.
not happy at all & even paid a lot to have it delivered early and again can't express how disappointed I am! The lady who was trying to work with me already changed the size to what i want but i would have to order another one and spend money again. She doens't realize that it was too late for the event that i needed it by and that i wanted a refund and use it towards the correct size that i needed."
