"I am a terminal cancer patient with bad foot swelling, so I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were advertised as perfect for this issue because they could adapt to a full size difference or more. The only thing they got right was the colour pink! Both types of shoes they sent were tight slip-ons --useless? And they took many weeks to arrive. I feel like I've been scammed!"
"I buy their overpriced items for several friends who in fact do benefit from what is called “ adaptive” clothing. Anything that might help, right? But dealing with Silverts can be a challenge.
This time, somehow the address was altered. I don’t mean a number or 2, even the street was changed. Anyway, I suppose those things can happen. But from there everything else went south. Wrong tracking number. No help from CS. Email saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. Can’t find the order. Oh, yeah, more.
If you use this company you may want to track very very carefully to ensure arrival.

"Terrible return policy. You have to pay for the return label plus they do not credit the original shipping charges, which customer service person did not make clear. You end up losing $20 on any returned item, which in this case was for an 80 year old. Customer service agent was of no help. "

It would be appreciated to have garments with a higher percentage of Cotton. Listing a product as "Cotton", but then showing content as Polyester/Cotton, is not exactly a "Cotton" garment."
