"Simple tire sent me a tracking number on the day I placed the order. That number showed the status "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." for 10 days. When I finally called Simpletire, they made up a story about sending me an email and refunding my money magically on the morning I called.
It's a shame, in the past I have bought tires without issue.

"I am very impressed with this company and their tires. I have been putting used tires on my vehicles because I live in the country and off of a gravel road. So, buying name brand tires is obsolete to me. They last as long as cheap or used tires do and double or triple the price. I was able to find new tires cheaper than used and they were delivered to my house. Because I was skeptical after reading the bad reviews, I did check the date on the tires as soon as they were delivered. They were made May of this year and were delivered two days after ordering them. I believe that companies are not going to be 100% on their products, so that's why there will be bad reviews. I however, either got lucky or people are just miserable and like to complain."

"Ordered 5 tires Saturday July 15th from Ron. Tuesday the 18th I received an email they were shipped. I checked Fedex Wed the 19th they have not been picked up and won't be. Call Simple spoke to Scott he realized there was an issue and said he would check and look into 2 day delivery, 5 hours later all of their suppliers show no tires (there is an inventory problem as on line there is stock but in reality no tires). Oh and the tires are $40.00 more each on line, why are they still advertised if no stock? Scott apologizes says he will give me a discount on a future sale (just his word is it as good as the vanishing tires). Personally I think the cost for 2 day shipping was so outrageous it was easier for them to say no stock. They are all talk no action.

"I ordered 2 tires on Monday July 17. After seeing that my order was still pending shipment on Thursday, I called to be told "the warehouse in Kentucky is backed up", but the tires were only 350 miles away. I just checked my order this evening (Saturday July 22) and saw the the order was cancelled. No notification from Simpletire AND they charged my credit card. I do not recommend using these folks. I now need to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I did request that simpletire either refunds my money or ship the tires.
