"Their representatives have no knowledge of solving customers problem. They hired very unprofessional and low experienced employees. I bought a phone and phone was defective. After talking to their representatives for hours i finally decided to return the phone because they have no idea how to resolve the problem. They received the phone but never refunded the money. Stay away from this company. Thanks "
"Don't walk, RUN far, FAR away from this garbage service. Constant dropped calls, poor voice quality... LTE? Yes, if speeds no faster than 3 Mbps is considered LTE (and it's NOT!). I don't lay all of the blame on Simple Mobile. Most of the reps that I dealt with seemed sincere in trying to get this junky service working. T-Mobile is the real villain since it's their network. They obviously put these MVNOs on the worst towers. You can see it in real time with any cell network app. The signal strength needle constantly fluctuates in the yellow to red zones rarely hitting a strong green signal if at all. You're also able to see the network connection bounce from a good tower to the weakest and most congested tower. Maybe T-Mobile is throttling the data speed, too. When you do a speed test, often you'll see the needle initially jump to the expected speed level then quickly dials back to almost nothing. Skip Simple Mobile or, for that matter, T-Mobile if possible. Even at this cheap price, it's definitely not worth the aggravation."
"I needed mobile internet service for a week-long trip so I signed up for the 7-day unlimited voice/text and 2GB of 4G data plan for 20 bucks. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The service worked fine the first few hours until I left my area. Absolutely NO 4G service! Not even 3G!!! Only butt-slow Edge service and even that didn't work at times. The phone signal was usually weak, that's when I was able to connect to a cell tower which was sporadic. When I returned back from the trip, the service improved. Apparently Simple Mobile nationwide coverage is MISERABLE despite what the Simple Mobile maps display. Overall, LOUSY SERVICE!!!! Don't waste your money! Don't use Simple Mobile!!!"
"The Simple Mobile website advertised as being active in zipcode 32440. I bought a SIM card and service plan from their website.
After SIM installation, I found out that their service does not cover a large area of zipcode 32440. Simple Mobile confirms that they use the T-Mobile network. The T-Mobile website website has an accurate coverage map showing they do not service this area (zipcode 32440).
Now I've got the expense of returning the SIM card and Simple Mobile's 30 day wait policy for a refund. This is BS.
