Scott, the owner contacted me to let me know that one of the prints would be unsatisfactorily cropped as I had ordered it which allowed me to make changes before production. Additionally, I mistakenly ordered one of the prints in the wrong size. Since I was using a groupon, I had to order all four in the same size so Scott allowed me to substitute a different photo. My prints arrived in excellent condition and they are beautiful. I have several more photos that I plan to order from Simple Canvas prints."
