"I sent a photo for printing on canvas and when it came, the shadow areas were devoid of details. I made some adjustments (dodging with Photoshop to lighten the areas where I wanted to see detail), and they had kindly offered a NO Charge reprint!
When it came it was much as I had adjusted it and am quite pleased with the experience and the result. Would do the same again.
It takes some thinking/planning to understand how photos reproduce when done with ink on canvas, but they made it right and quite speedily. AM pleased."
