"I wanted a photo blown up on canvas to a big 30X36 size. Their customer service reached out to me about the look of the photo blown up to that size,and the blur. They had me send a couple of other photos nearly identical shots, but they were not happy with the results, so I know I would not be happy either. I sent them 4 or 5 of my other favorite photos and told them to choose the best one to edit and blow up to the 30x36 size. A few days later they sent me a 'Proof' of the photo they had chose. I really liked it and told them so, and they went to work. I'm really happy that they didn't just blow up my first choice and send it out knowing it was sub-par."
