"I order two new phones from simplexity because of the fantastic price....now I know why it was so cheap. Their customer service center was horrible and the person barely spoke english. she could do nothing more than read from a pre-written script. The company activated the phones prior to shipment, thus, causing the number to be ported before we received the new phones when their website clearly states they port a day after the equipment is delivered. when i asked for a solution i was told it was not their fault. this entire transaction has been a nightmare. "
