"Their site has major issues: even trying 3 diff. browsers and making sure I have popups etc. allowed for their site, clicking on a product to either find out more about or even to buy it only leads to a waiting or connecting msg. until it times out. Clicking on Help, Customer Svc., or Contact Us brings the same result. Was able to finally send an email to them thru Contact Us reporting these probs to them and asking about the item I want to buy but no response."
