"I ordered a system on Nov 2nd. Received a shipping notice with an expected delivery date of Nov 8th. Great! Only the UPS tracking never changed from "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". I waited until the 10th hoping it would show up, but it never did.
Called support and was told there was low stock and order was scheduled to ship on the 13th and possibly could ship that day. Still nothing, tracking never updated either.
Called support again on the 16th and was told another order would be placed and sent UPS Next Day Air and it would be there by the 18th. Never showed on the 18th.
Waited until the 21st and called support to get a refund and was told the shipment is due to go out on the 22nd but they can't give me a refund until I get the package and send it back, even though it hasn't shipped out yet. Are you serious?
Support told me the shipping date of the 22nd was on my current invoice. It is not. He even sent me a copy that did indeed have it, but it is not on my original invoice, that line is suspiciously missing. When I was told next day air was it removed because it was not going to go out yet? On the original order it said Nov 3rd. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold twice, only to have the same guy come back and say the supervisor said the same thing and never did get to talk to a supervisor.
Shortly after this phone call I replied to a canned follow up email about how my service was (We need your honesty) and received a reply not long after that, that a refund was processed. It must have actually gotten to a supervisor or something. I am happy to report the refund did actually show up on my credit transactions the next day.
It's not even as though I ordered a complicated system. I ordered the base package (the base, keypad, and free keyfob) with 3 door sensors and the extra loud siren.
I wish I could actually give a review of the system. I also had several people interested in how I liked the system for the possibility of getting one themselves. So they didn't just lose one customer but several out of this runaround of a mess they put me through."
