"Awesome customer service. I sent a email to simplydesks.com to price challenge the desk I wanted. There price was $179, competitor was $169. Both offered free shipping, I like that! Simplydesks customer service responded to my price challenge very quickly. He told me the lowest he could go was $174. I responded back that I preferred to do business with them vs. the lower competor do to more favorable reviews. He emailed me phone # to colplete the transaction. I called and customer rep said $174 was there "threshold Price" but would give me $169. Three days later desk was shipped,no problems. After desk arrived I noticed one part had slight damage from factory. I sent customer service on a Sunday night a email requesting new part. The following morning received a email stating part was being located. The part requested was shipped the fopllowing day, received at my door by end od week. I had great customer service by several CSN reps. Very pleased and I will recommend them to others. "
