I ordered a simple part for a vacuum that was listed as "In Stock" on their web site. I ordered it on Jan 01, 2012. Today is February 15, 2012 Still no parts have arrived. I REALLY wish I had seen these reviews prior to spending any money with this company. Buyer Beware."
"we know that the holiday was right around the corner. we purchase hoover steam vacuum brush block #48437026 wide path 6-brush from your company on 10/29/2011. when we did received the item its was not what we order; #48437025 which came in the box contact your company week or two after we received this item. stating not paying double shipping for this order to be send back. it was not our doing to receive this item. so this is my second reply still haven't received the correct item. or shipping label stated in your reply to my email respond. please i hope don't have to wait another two months for my item. not a pleased customer. thank you"
"These guys are Simply Junk. first off they falsely advertise. i was looking for a hepa filter for my dyson. I already new the generic ones did not come with the gasket and I wanted a true Dyson filter, just hoping to get it cheaper then at dyson. Most other places advertised it as a replacement or note gasket not included. I find it on their site looks just like the one I have so i order it. One week goes by, two weeks go by, three weeks go by, wtf!?!? so i look up reviews and find out all this negative stuff, great. finally after 4 weeks it comes, it doesn't come from them it comes from someone else and yes it is a knock off not a dyson filter. good thing I kept the old and will have to retro fit the gasket on this one. not worth the hassle to deal with these people"
"I got my order, FINALLY after placing the order 3 weeks ago. I ordered my filters on 6/17/10 and didn't get them until 7/5/10. What could possibly take 3 weeks to fill and ship?
I wrote and called the company after 2 weeks of hearing nothing on my order to tell them if they don't have it tell me and cancel my order. Finally after 3 days I get an email saying my order was complete.
Based on this level of customer service, I wouldn't order from Simply Vacuums if the were the last distributor on earth. I would rather buy another vacuum cleaner if I couldn't find my filters any where else."
"I ordered a Dyson filter on Dec 30, 2009. On Jan 20, 2010 I hadn't recieved the filter and tried to contact the company by phone and e-mail. No response ever, but at least my credit card wasn't charged yet. Then on Feb 17, 2010 I get the filter - only took 49 days! The reciept says the order was filled by R and J Discount in Rogers, MN."
"I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped here. The are HORRIBLE! They LIE! I ordered a Kenmore filter and it was NOT a Kenmore filter, but one that was made to fit Kenmore. Unfortunately, it was not made properly and does not even fit my vacuum. I have contacted them several times and have yet to hear back. Additionally, they sent me fewer filters than I had ordered and still charged me full shipping. It seems pretty standard to contact someone before changing their order, but Simply Vacuums does not seem to agree. I wish they would actually return a call or email. DO NOT USE SIMPLE VACUUMS!"
"I ordered what they call a Geunine Dyson HEPA replacement filter and they sent me a generic filter, and it took them over two weeks to get it to me. I placed the order on the 10th and got the filters on the 26th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. "
"If you don't mind not being able to contact the Vendor, then they are the place for you. I called and sent e-mails which was never returned. They finally received my order 3 weeks after I purchased. There were no confirmations or follow up on their side. The item received was fine and as described. It just took FOREVER."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and SERIOUS lack of communication. I ordered a product on Nov. 30 and two weeks later had not received anything. I called the company several times, emailed them, and used their online customer service form with no response. I finally located the "owner's" personal email address and got a response that way...only by threatening to report them through paypal and the BBB. He responded saying that the product was backordered and that an email had been sent to me stating this fact. No email was ever received. After another week, I got an email stating a date when the product would be back in stock. Took a week to receive the product! It took a month and a half to get my product...in the meantime, I had no vacuum!! Prices are great...but, if you want your product in a reasonable amount of time with decent customer service...BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this site!"
"I attempted to order a vacuum from this vendor on October 9th. It's now the 26th, and I haven't received the product! I've tried calling, emailing, and sending them a message online through their website. No response from any of the three attempts. Don't use this website to order anything! Their prices are low for a reason! "
"DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 filters for my vacuum on 10/06/2009. When they did not arrive a week later, I decided to review my email confirmation letter. I discovered that 1:my billing and mailng address did not match. This was not my fault as the prompt reads "If your billing and mailing address are the same do not fill out info. below." 2: I had been billed for priority shipping; again something that I did not select! So, I first emailed without response. I then called the 1-866 number several times to be told "mailbox full". 20 days after the ordering date, I have yet to speak to anyone concerning this matter. I have left two messages today letting them know that I will be contactign the Better Buisness Beuro as well as my local new station to invistagate this vendor. We'll see what happens from here. To make matters worse, immediately following my transaction at this site, my debit card #s - not the card - were used online at walmart. I will soon know if this vendor is at fault. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WEBSITE!!!!"
"I did not know what filter was needed for my vacuum and simplyvacuums.com was the only online store that even responded to my question. They were also the cheapest!"
"I ordered a washable filter on 2/21/09. After 2 weeks I emailed and asked where was my filter? They said it would be in next week. One month later, with no contact from them, I cancelled.
In my opinion, I urge you not to waste your time with Simply Vacuums. They provide terrible customer service AND they are fraudulent! Right now they are advertising the same filter they told me they didn't have a month ago.

"I have had a terrible time with Simply Vacuums. I ordered a product on the second of February on-line received e-mail verification and nothing else to date (11 days later). Evan more aggrieves to me, the people at simply Vacuums NEVER ANSWER THEIR TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER!!! You also can not leave a message. I requested a call back over a week ago. "Ordered a part online that was listed on Simplyvacuums.com. Was notified by email 2 days later that the item was backordered, and that since they did not have an estimated delivery time that they were going to cancel my order. All of this is fine, but THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID this up front!! There was no indication that the item was out of stock. Furthermore, in their email to me, they included all of my CC info, including the full number, address, name, and security code! This is in complete violation of all security policies. I do not know handles their CC processing, but simplyvacuums.com should be held accountable. Will never shop with them again, and suggest that no one else shop their either."
