Called ca again and spoke to Micah. Seems anyone with the authority or ability to handle customer issues goes home at 5 pacific time. I asked to speak to supervisor. Micah was rude and hung up on me. I shall be requesting a refund and closing my account. I told Micah I would report them to the BBB. He told me to go ahead so I shall.
