"Orders were received before the holidays for holiday card delivery. When notified that none were received Customer support relayed to Quality Control. Neither resolved any issues. Only email communication is available and not effort to escalate or to resolve issues. Don't be the next victim of poor service. "

After ordering Picture cards, they were mailed by USPS. Hung up in transit, now for 14 days so far. Customer Service consists of sharing the tracking information I have been tracking for more than 2 weeks. Zero help or support, no offer to contact the shipper to expedite. They don't care if you stay with them or not, review them or not, post on social media or not, and contact the cc company or not. (Heard sarcastic laughter from someone background on the phone). Please do not get deceived by their website, it is not a legitimate company."

I needed cards, My sister and daughter just had surgery, my husband has cancer & surgery next week and Hospice was just called in for my mom (I had pictures already downloaded on this site last year.. so I ordered again... Cards came NO ENVELOPES!!! ~UNREAL that this company is alive! I had to send them..so I went out and paid $40 for this size envelopes. I Called and spoke to Karen (realizing SHE was not responsible..just doing her job) but to let her know how incompetent and uncaring this company is! She offered to give me $29. BACK.. not full cost of my envelopes or the pain and travel $ to find that size. ***PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY AND WARN ANYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME! "
"We've used this company for our annual family Christmas card a few times. Their quality is good and prices very reasonable. But this year they helped us out of a real jam. We used the USPS to deliver their product to us this year. We thought we had a lot of time but after several days the card seemed lost o the USPS tracking system. My wife called Simply To Impress who saw that the shipment had gotten lost and they quickly sent us the same amount using a faster delivery service which came to us in two days. Wow!"
