"I bought the lower package just to try it out. Then you see the GOLD MEMBERS arrow and think you have to upgrade in order to download and that one...NO! Overall, I ended up buying 2 packages and no support response. I was able to contact the 3rd party Clickbank that processes payments and get both refunded to me. Hopefully this helps anyone that seems to have hit a brick wall with Sing-Magic!"
"They advertize 200 FREE downloads for the 49$ "Lifetime Gold" membership. Unlike Butterfly 7, I could download some songs, although probably not 200 because there weren't that many that weren't Gold Member tracks. Let me explain. They DO have an extensive Karaoke library, and the tracks that I downloaded and played on THEIR player were actually fairly well done and acceptable. The problem comes in when you find out that whatever you download, is in a format that only works with their player. I would estimate that 70 to 80% of their library is "Gold Member" songs which cannot be downloaded. Those selections also must be played on their player AND with an internet connection. When I tried to play one of their "Gold Member" tracks, 1, the video opened in a small YouTube screen on the same page rather than opening in their player. And 2, when I actually tried and PLAY the Karaoke song/video in the YouTube screen, a dialog box opened and said that the video wasn't available at this time and try again later. That happened on 4 different Gold Member tracks. I sent them 2 emails for questions and explanations over a week ago, and heard nothing. I sent them another email yesterday (04-19-20) and still havent heard anything back from them. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this outfit. I've more than likely sent them $50 and got nothing worth anything to someone who does public Karaoke shows. I bought their "Unlimited Gold Lifetime" membership on April 9th 2020 in an online purchase. The payment went through an outfit called ClickBank. My email had some issues and the invoice got deleted, so I'll have to get the invoice from the credit card bank. Just for giggles, I'll send them another email saying I need another copy of my invoice. We'll see what happens."

I have sent two very nice messages and no response what so ever.
