Unfortunately this company is a scam.
Their software doesn't work as advertised and their support is non existent.
Andrei lies and finds any excuse not to assist you.
He is now no longer responding to my emails.

When I purchased the Project Theme in July 2019 the theme didn't work out of the box!
I had at give them access to the site to fix it, I should have realised then and returned it immediately.

I'm obviously a sucker for punishment because I'm still struggling with it nearly 2 years later.

I have never gone live as the promised functionality just isn't there!

One of the most important features of a theme of this nature is that the job posters and the freelancers should only be able to communicate through the theme until a deal is struck and monies paid, otherwise why not deal directly!. So URL's and email addresses need to be filtered out - this is there but has never worked...

At one stage they changed the theme so that the original template was changed and the whole site was messed up, and it's never been the same since.
The idea of posting a job that you want done is that you can give, for example, two weeks for freelancers to quote then it ends and you choose one.
This worked fine until Andrei obviously decided that it wasn't necessary and removed the functionality so it defaulted to 30 days! What if you need a job completed by next week?
He then argued with me saying that it had never worked like that - until I proved that it had. He then said he'd change mine to work that way, but only mine - really?
That is where it ended, he has done nothing, said my ftp access didn't work, I tested it it works. Now he ignores my emails. I've always said that the only way to get anything done by Sitemile is to post bad reviews. Then they are quick to burst into tears and promise the earth to have the bad review removed.

Now you'll notice that after every bad review, and I mean bad, that they are liars, cheaters, scammers etc etc. There is a spate of really great glowing reviews, obviously fake to move the bad ones further down the page - now they don't need to fix anything...

I don't believe he wrote the software in the first place, unless he just acts dumb to try and deflect you. When you write a program you know EXACTLY what it can do and not do.

If you are using a child theme (which you have to) then every update requires hours of work because the functions.php file wasn't coded correctly in the first place to work with a child theme!"

I purchased from them the "project/freelance theme", the theme may initially looks good but not all declared features are functioning (invoicing, milestones, affiliate, payment of service fees, and many others). they will never tell you NO, Andrei will always accept any request from you and then keep giving you empty promises, and will keep sending you fake emails to keep you waiting (ex. it's almost done, iam almost there, it's almost finished, i will do it today, i'll finish it tonight, etc) Sitemile are scam, If you don't want to loose your money and your business DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY THEMES... Sitesmile not recommended at all."

"I purchased the auction theme for my site clustershelf.com . You may visit it to see that it is real . Im super frustrated that simple request have not been completed . The totally functionality is trash . You are supposed to be able to change color , fonts , texts from admin. I have ask for couple of months to make the changes. At first he tried to get me to pay for custom changes which would include changes that were already supposed to be including with the theme purchase . Then i requested for only the included changes instead just to get my website going and thats when his responses became far and few and between .

Listen Andre i know you will read this and this no way to bash you im trying to protect the next buyer who may not want to spend 80 bucks or more on a theme that cant even change colors . If you wanted better reviews you would respond much quicker and not act as if i hadn't responded to your questions via email .."
