"I ordered a pair of Volkl skis from this store and received some of the best service I have seen from any retailer. I submitted the order rather last-minute prior to a planned trip to Vermont. I simply made a note in my order that I was hoping to get the skis before the weekend. I received excellent follow up emails from "named" workers with the company who ensured my package arrived even a few days before the trip so I had time to setup the bindings properly.
