"I bought product from this website and wanted to warn others. Buy your products from a site where if it doesn’t work - they accept returns.
This didn’t work for my sensitive skin…caused redness and irritation - but website would not take a return. They also asked insane questions when I contacted to inquire about return process. They wanted batch number and expiration date off products…none had expiration dates by the way. They also asked for pictures of “proof” it caused my skin irritation!!!!! How insulting. Do they think people go around making that up? When my skin is irritated I don’t run to take a pic…I run to wash my face. The website is literally called SKINSTORE….they should understand that some things don’t work on everyone’s skin.
With so many great stores and websites that have a fair return policy - save the drama and insult and shop there instead.
Will never shop here again after I was told they consider it not working for my skin more of a preference than the fault of product!!??? I didn’t say it was bad product - it just didn’t work for me.
Genuinely shocked that a skin website seems to have no knowledge that not all skin is the same. They should have ALL SALES FINAL as that is truly what they are doing but are hiding behind the contact us to return wording. "

I received a defective $300 serum returned it with the label they provided where I had to still pay $15 and they’ve had my return for a month and still have not sent me a replacement. They only way to communicate is by text and when you text they they ask you the sane question over every time you try to follow up and get a solution. Beyond frustrating So unprofessional and now I’m out $300. I also sent them the tracking number the shipping receipt and who signed for the return and the date and time. Still nothing. I went above and beyond!!!"

"HORRIBLE customer service. No phone number. Only allow live chat or communication through the portal. I purchased an item and it busted during delivery. It was a gift and was offered a discount. Yes said no it was a gift and then asked to return it but I have to pay shipping fees and they had to be less than $15! Also I would be responsible for the damaged item. I did a live chat and said it would cost more to return and was told too bad. Also asked for a confirmation that I would not be liable for sending a partially empty bottle since it was damaged and was told no. Biggest waste of time and money. I’ll never purchase from here again. Will post this review as many places as I can so nobody else has to go through this. "
"Don't buy from look fantastic! I bought a cream for 100$ I used it once and got hives and blisters everywhere and they refused to refund me and told me to see a dermatologist. Outrageous. Products are not pure! It's a scam of a **** company. Zero professionalism. "
"It took two weeks for my order to ship. They blamed FedEx, but the tracking said otherwise. I attempted to cancel my order, which magically made it ship. When I returned my order, it "never made it back to the warehouse". My order was over $200. According to multiple reviews on several sites, this is not an isolated event. What a terrible Customer Experience! I placed an order for product totaling $56.20 with The SkinStore. A day later I received notice the order had been shipped to an address that I had not lived for over 3 years. Their system pulled a shipping address from an order I had placed with the company 5 years prior, in 2015. I immediately contacted their online only customer service. They tried to tell me that I had entered that address into their system – why would I enter a shipping address of 5 years old? They insisted it was my error and not an error of theirs. An effective way to make their customers feel valued? They offered only 2 choices; contact the owner of the address to intercept shipment (really?) or wait until the order is returned to their company (which won’t happen because they don’t offer return to sender as an option for customers). Only when the item is returned to the company would I receive a full refund (despite me saying I wanted the products delivered, not a refund). That was the extent of their ‘service.’ I did contact the owner of the old address who agreed to intercept the package for me; but the effort was all for naught. Despite countless efforts to contact the local post office to collect my package, I received notice “Your item could not be delivered to the intended recipient or returned to sender. It has been disposed of by USPS.” And as a further act of “customer service” I received a refund for $1 Insulting and disappointing. Be advised when doing business with this company – they don’t value their customers!"
"The most pathetic customer service team, incompetent and unhelpful. I was made to wait for my order for over 6 weeks and after multiple enquires and 6 weeks I was told my order has been returned and they cannot send a replacement order.

The site looks nice, but what you will experience will look seem a scam. I placed an order on Nov 24th, it was supposed to be delivered Nov 30th, and as of now the order cannot be located in their internal team. The customer service is not existent. They respond once in 3-5 days! And there is no phone number. There should be a disclaimer on the website saying that the delivery is not guaranteed and that it will take at least 25+ days for your order to be delivered."
