"I ordered $71 in product on Oct 9. Product was charged to my credit card that same day. I knew one item was back-ordered but did not ship the product that was in stock. Should not have been charged for anything until shipped! Called 11/9 and told product was in and shipment would be expedited. Tried to call customer service on 11/28 and 11/29 could not even correct answering service or call back. Most of the time when call get a totally different companies answering service. Now they have had my money for 2 months and have received no product or indication when or if I will receive it.
