"Do I need to give 1 star? They don't deserve 1 star. They kept postponing my shipment then finally after 1 month they sent me an email saying it was shipped. Two weeks later - a total of 6 weeks after ordering - I tried to figure out where the product was and it didn't appear the shipping tracking number was accurate. I emailed them and they said they couldn't find the order either. Asked if I wanted a refund? Uh..... Needless to say, I'm looking for my refund so I can purchase from a reputable company that will actually ship the product and be able to answer questions about shipments if needed. This company is a joke and I cannot believe that any of the reviews can actually be real!!
