I placed my order 10 days ago and I have not received it yet. It was supposed to arrive within 4-5 days. Every time when I called their customer service number 1-***-***-**** (listed on their website home page), it was always a machine asking you to leave a message. I had to go to my credit card company to find out who charged my card and then found a California local number. Called the number, a guy who claimed to be the manager answered the call. I asked why I have not received my order yet, first he said maybe because of back order or not in stock. The thing is when I placed the order there was not a message telling me that a particular item is out of stock or has to be back ordered. Second time I called him, he said his computer is not working. Third time I called he said it was the UPS's problem. Later,I found out actually, the order was accepted at UPS 7 days after Skincare Market charged my credit card. Apparently it was not UPS. Will never buy from them again."
