"I don't recall how I stumbled across the Skincare Market site, but am soooo happy I did. Skincare Market sells spa grade products I have always enjoyed, however now at economic prices. I no longer have to drive around for what I need, I just have to order it and have it delivered directly to me.

"I've updated my review to reflect my experience with my second order here, which was very disappointing.

I placed my order 3/29/12 for Skinceutical products. I received an email confirming my order was shipped the same day. But here's the problem: Skincare Market assigned it a label/tracking number but failed to ever ship the product.

On 4/5/12 I caught the error, followed up with their customer service dept and asked them to ship it 2 day due to error. No response to this...sent another email. I was then advised by Peter that the package was already re-sent.

Due to the poor customer service, package not going out (and who knows how long it would have sat there before I noticed and wrote them), I don't think it's worth it to use them again. I don't think they handled this well....and I when I did get the product it was sent USPS to where I had to be home to sign for the package which was another huge hassle.

Bummer.... I'll try Dermstore.com next order
