"I placed an order with Skincare Market. Net on 9/24/2017. I received my order within 4-5 days (9/28/2017), but the item I received was dirty and defaced. I could barely read the name Dennis Gross on the 2 oz. bottle of skin care serum. I was unable to read any directions or ingredients. The box was sent back to the Skincare Market through UPS the following day after it was received. Now it is 10/15/2017, and I don't have a credit to my credit card, or a product. It wasn't my fault that the product was defaced, and it cost me $11.46 to return the item. UPS Tracking shows that the company accepted the box back on 10/4/2017, and today is 10/15/2017. Explain to me what's being done about this situation. I believe I have given the company more than enough time to correct this situation which they have created.
