"Got an ipad mini for my birthday. My daughter got me a SkinPea front screen protector. Cleaned screen as per Apple, then used SkinPea solution and applied protector. Upon completion of application and squeegeeing, counted 40 air bubbles under the protector. After 24 hours, still had 14 bubbles. Emailed SkinPea and about the air bubbles under the protector. They responded and sent a replacement within a week. Customer service is great!"

"I recently ordered just the screen protector for a new Apple iPad4. Before placing the order, I was leaning towards purchasing a Spigen screen protector. However, during my research I saw a lot of favorable ratings on the superb quality of the Skinpea screen protectors, and in particular, read several testimonials regarding Skinpea's superior customer service. Now my story. Regarding the installation of the screen protector, the installation itself went perfectly, exactly as described in the detailed instructions SkinPea sends with their products. However, as I was removing the excess solution from underneath the screen protector with the supplied squeegee and a soft cloth, a large 4 inch, quarter inch wide smear appeared right in the middle of the surface (probably due to a sharp fingernail). Thinking I could simply wipe it off with the cloth, I rubbed it with slight pressure. It did not come off, and in fact, got worse, leaving a permanent mark. I immediately contacted SkinPea's customer service department asking what I may have done wrong, and promptly received a return email from PJ (SkinPea's Customer Support Manager). Rather than give me the runaround, and saying that SkinPea had no responsibility for my mistake, PJ actually offered to send me a complimentary replacement screen protector. I was both shocked and amazed at their generous offer to replace an item that was damaged due to no fault of their own. They certainly were not required to do that, nor was I expecting it. Needless to say, SkinPea's customer service is indeed superior, and they have won me over as a customer for life!! To say I was impressed is an understatement. The replacement Skinpea screen protector went on perfectly, and will perform beautifully for years to come. It is absolutely invisible, and looks exactly like the actual iPad screen itself, and comes with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend SkinPea products. They are of a premium quality with superior customer service."

"Update as of 10/16: Found out that because there is no hole in the screen protector for the speaker on my phone (droid razr) whenever I call someone they absolutely CANNOT hear me...good thing I text a lot, definitely getting another screen protector. If u have the same phone, do not waste your time with this brand! Wasn't quite as nice as I was expecting from all the reviews I read; looks about the same as my sister's much cheaper one from another store. When I opened the package, the spray bottle of solution would not work at all, so I had to mix the solution with water in a cup to have any chance at all of getting the screen protector on. It wasn't too bad to get it centered on the phone, but definitely a pia to get all of the bubbles out from underneath it; saying it took forever is an understatement. I let it dry for the recommended 24hrs, and then when I looked at it afterwards it did have a bit of a wavy orange peel look to it (even though they claimed it would not, guess you can't get around having a little of that with a wet application). The screen is amazingly clear though when the phone is turned on, hardly even looks like there is anything on it. All in all, not a bad screen protector, but imo you can find the same thing for a lower price elsewhere."
