"Did not like the return policy. I was dealing with another dealer other then Sky Mall who had to refund my money to Sky Mall who put the money back into my charge. All of this without notifying me about what was occurring with my refund."
"Had trouble with web site. I first tried when there was a 25% discount; got to the final step and was kicked off the site. When I tried again the discount was 20% off item (I called several times) but again could not get through the system. I finally decided to call to order and was told no discount was currently in effect and nothing could be done about it. I ordered the item since the cost was equal to other sights and I was tired dealing with this, but since I have no past experience with SkyMall I am not sure if I would deal with this in the future."
"The worse experience ever. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. When I called to ask about the status of the shipment, no one knew where the item was or when it would be shipped or delivered even after I had paid extra for expedited shipping, so I ordered elsewhere. The item arrived the day after I had already received the item elsewhere. When I returned the item, a credit wasn't issued until over a month later and after I had to complain about the missing credit."
