"Received an email saying one of the items I ordered for my wife's birthday on August 25 (others arrived on time) would not be be shipped until September 19. Given that, why would the email then have a large heading Your Satisfaction is Our Goal and ask me to take a quick survey and let us know how we are doing? Of course any respondent would say I am not satisfied with knowing that at this point.
Just received another email saying my order will now be shipped October 15 and "Satisfaction is Our Goal, Please take a quick survey and let us know how we are doing"" As I said when I received the first delay notice, just let me know, apologize, try to make up for it somehow (especially when it is now delayed another month), but don't keep asking me to take a survey because satisfaction is your goal. Poor marketing, customer satisfaction approach. Whoever is monitoring this should get it. Customers do."
"This was a terrible experience & I probably will not order again from Sky Mall. My order arrived and was wrong size & color. I called & told them the problem, I was told no problem, they would send me a return label send the correct size and color right away. I received shipping label via email and sent wrong item back. After eight days not receiving my correct order I called Sky Mall. I was told they had received the wrong item I had received. They had no record of the correct item being sent to me and had no order for it. I would have to reorder it, but sale was over so I would not get the discount price. Real nice deal. Also I was charged the shipping for sending the wrong item. I had ordered this item before so I know I did not order the wrong size or color. I will not phone order again and probably not order from Sky Mall again. "

"I wish I never would have purchased from Sky Mall. I should have just went directly to the vendor online. I still do not know exactly when I will receive my last two items even when they tell you an approximate shipping date and then change it especially when originally ordering it it said in stock on the desk. So much for my gift to my wife.

"My order was never received. Instead my credit card was charged and a gift certificate was issued. I contacted skymall customer service multiple times. The same answer was "you will be contacted within 3 business days". This issue was finally resolved when I contested the charge with my credit card company."

It took over 5 months to do a simple RMA. I finally received a full credit issued today, since getting a product was apparently impossible, and so was a refund for the last month. Thank you Maria Hall for finally following through and resolving this issue, as no one else seemed to care."

"The products offered by Sky Mall are not only very overpriced but are of poor quality. The shipping costs are out of line and are neither reimbursed if returned but the customer must pay for the return. The refund is delayed by up to 90 days but the credit card charges are billed within 3 days of ordering even if products are out of stock and placed on back-order. I will never shop this company again and not only if asked point out it's shortcoming's but tell anyone else to stay clear of this company."
