Orders not delivered due to info not being correctly transmitted.
Refunds only after the item having "never" been received is returned.
Taking zero responsibility for anything and laying all on the customer.

"I made my order for several shirts on SkyMall on August 3, 2014. On August 19, 2014 (over two weeks later), I still hadn't received the shirts, so I called SkyMall to find out what was causing the delay. The SkyMall clerk said that he would get back to me. Later that day, I received an e-mail indicating that either I had cancelled my order, or the manufacturer of the shirts was no longer selling them. I was quite upset because I had never cancelled my order, and SkyMall had never taken the initiative to alert me at the time of my order that the shirts to be ordered were no longer available. If I had not called SkyMall, I wonder if SkyMall would have ever contacted me about the failure of my order."

"Ordered the RELEAF Neck Rest and received it today. I was a little nervous after reading mostly good but mixed reviews so I took it out and put it on right away and I LOVE it!!!!!!! It really does support your neck and it is very comfortable. Will be great on airplanes and I will be using it for computer work and other things. I will probably be ordering another one for my Dad as he has the same neck problems as I do. I am very happy with my purchase!!!!!!!"
"Multiple responses that contradicted each other.
Asked for expedited shipping so I got it before vacation, never arrived and no email saying it would be delayed or back ordered until I emailed 2 weeks later to find out where it was.
Received at least 2 emails saying it was being cancelled and then another 2 or more saying it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Finally received another email saying they were cancelling the order and today I received a charge on my credit card and an email saying it was shipped on 8/14, 3 weeks after the order was placed with expedited shipping.
The reps told me I would not be charged for expedited shipping on 2 occasions, but the charge on my credit card on 8/14 includes the $18.25 expedited shipping 16 days after the order was placed. No that is fast shipping!!
Now I will have to try to fix that.

"SkyMall, on their order confirmation e-mail, asked me to take this survey and let them know how they are doing. There are some things that could be improved. First of all when I selected this site, my order number and order date did not transfer automatically to this survey. I had to go hunting for it. Secondly, on my order confirmation e-mail, SkyMall gave me a tracking number, 1Z14V430P257898067, and that was very nice of them to give me that. The problem is they did not give me a tracking link and I have not the slightest idea where to go to track this order. Somebody needs to tell them that the Boy Scouts at least have adult supervision. If they are going to conduct business, then they should conduct business and do it right fro the customer."

"The reason for my dissatisfaction is that a promise was made, or at least a statement, the if I joined you rewards program I would receive 20% off my first order. So I placed the order and the first thing I see is that this item is not discountable. Nice going. You pulled me in and now you have my email address for marketing purposes and I got absolutely nothing for trusting you.
And another thing, if I am to receive one point for every dollar I spend, how come on a nearly $400 order I only get 30 points?

"The worst possible experience! I ordered a watch on 08/07/14, paid extra for fast delivery. When I got an e.mail with confirmation of the order I saw they had a serious error in the shipping address, so I called immediately and pointed this out and was told that it had been corrected. However, they did not send me another e.mail confirming the correction as I had requested. I sent an e.mail explaining the issue in detail and asking for confirmation of the corrected address. The system gave me an automatic acknowledgement to my e.mail and said that I would receive a reply within 2 business days. That was on 08/08/14 and as of today (08/13/14) I have not received the watch nor any reply to my e-mail or any other communication about my purchase. I have never had such a bad experience with any company shopping online.
