"Sorry, but the experience is not complete yet, as it goes to a mail drop in AZ and then gets trucked into Mexico, where I live. I know it was delivered to AZ address and will reach me in a week or two...when a truck is full enough for the trip.

"Will not shop at Skymall again.. I purchased a papertowel USB on
July 20,2014. As I was ordered the sight froze when I got back on price raised 10.00.. Then it was due before the 2nd and then received a notice saying it was backordered and won't ship until at least 8-3-2014. Not happy it was a Birthday present which ios now late..

"skymall sucks! I ordered a shoe deodorizer in early December. Received it in last January. Started making noise in February and quit working in May. Contacted skymall and they were absolutely no help at all. They did not respond to two emails and finally after waiting over 30 minutes on the phone, all they said was their policy only covered the product for 60 days. What a joke!"

"I placed an order for my guy, because he does not have an email, etc. The order has not been received, and since it was almost 2 weeks ago, so I contacted Skymall. They had not processed the order, because I used his credit card for the order. Do you not think they could have contacted either myself or him if there was a question? What kind of customer service is this?
