"I paid for rush shipping as it was a birthday present, purchased several weeks early and then a few days later told it would not be shipped for about two weeks and I should receive it on July 25.
I still have not received it as of July 27.
The birthday was on July 25.
No updates.
I called customer service when I first found out and said I wanted credit for the express shipping.
They advised their records indicated I would receive the watch by the 25th and would refund the express shipping. As of yet I have not seen this either.
If you want good service, stay away from Skymall.
Oh giving a person an e-mail from Skymall is such a nice present.
Up-date August 6th. They billed my wifes credit card yesterday and I still do not have the watch. They called me a few days ago and said they would ship it."
