"I bought a pair of the jc sandals . They didn't fit ,so I returned them. After over three weeks of no communication after they received their product I paid to ship back to them. I received a partial payment. They didn't refund my shipping fee I paid initially ."

"First time shopping with SkyMall. The #1 worst online shopping experience ever.

Item listed online as "IN STOCK". Ordered online, received receipt of order. But no follow up, no tracking. Sent TWO emails to inquire but received NO reply. Called two weeks after order and got a very snippy CSR who made it clear that it was my mistake for calling since orders are shipped "10-14 business days" after order. Time passed, called again for tracking number. None available. Now an email saying order is cancelled because item not available. What happened to IN STOCK listing THREE WEEKS AGO?

Never again.

"Totally mis-led during check-out due to confusion over whether the product would receive the offered coupon discount. Site advertises 15, 20 or 25% off. I find the Varidesk item and at the top of the page it reads get 15% off (MYSTERY15), leading one to believe this item is at a 15% discount level (not 20 or 25). I add it to cart and go straight to check-out (not noticing the fine print down below the "other items you may like" section). I added the coupon code during check-out and get a confirmation msg something to the effect that the code has been applied. At the final check-out page, the "Place Order" rectangle is mostly covering the total price field, making it impossible to see the total. I trusted it had been due to the prior confirmation msg and I click purchase only to see the final totals do NOT include any discount. I called Customer Service and got nowhere whatsoever.
My first - AND LAST - purchase through Skymall.

"I was very excited about a purchase I made for a family member. Skymall has a variety of unique gift ideas and this one was perfect. I ordered the item and paid for rush shipping because the timing of the item's arrival was very important. I had no idea "rush" shipping would take over one week and, for some unknown reason, Skymall shipped it to my house instead of the shipping address clearly listed on the order. Special moment spoiled. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Customer service was apologetic and said they will try to refund the extra money I paid for the rush."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had on line. I would never buy or recommend anyone else to buy from Skymall. Poor customer service no return calls and it was Skymall who made the error in the beginning and if you would listen to tape you will see how this happened."

"I bought the e-book on June 17, Continue to wait for the mail to come on June 26 was sent but did business with, it takes 8 days. But you can still e-book and e-mail does not come down. "Very disappointed with the handling of my recent order. 6/22/2014 I ordered a travel vest order # 22424628 and a paper towel holder and device charger order # 22424565. On July 3 having not received or heard anything about my orders, I called Skymall customer service. I was told that the vest had shipped July 2 (10 days after order) and the paper towel holder was on backorder and would probably ship around 18 July. I'm amazed it takes 10 days for an item to ship and no shipping notice or tracking info is sent to the customer. Also amazed that an item is backordered and the customer is not notified. If Skymall is looking for repeat business, I don't think this is the way to treat customers. Also, the towel holder was a gift to my daughter and I told her the day I ordered it to expect a gift in a few days, not a month's time. I haven't dealt with Skymall in a long time and am very disappointed with the way my orders were handled.

"The worst customer service ever! I made an order, then later got an email that the order is on back order. Then I went to check the order status on their website, and no order exists. Then I wrote them and got a response that they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. I can't even cancel this order because it isn't there, yet they charged my PayPal account right away. SO fast to charge, but you can't even cancel or get refunded... Scam!"
