"I have ordered things from SkyMall in the past and have been very satisfied with the merchandise. I ordered something 3 weeks ago and see that is has NOT YET SHIPPED. I wanted this item for the Summer, and if I don't get it soon the Summer may be over. I would think there would be something indicating that an item is out of stock....if that is the problem."

"I had ordered 4 items for my yard and 2 of the items arrived timely but due to the poor packaging of the items, the box was crushed upon arrival and one of the items was damaged. I reporeted this incident and was told that a return shipping label would be provided within 3 business days. Now, I find that the other 2 items that I had ordered is on backorder. SkyMall.com offers amazing products in their magazine and it's just unfortunate that their customer service to the consumer is poor. "

"I placed my order in April and recently received notification that it won't ship until July 15. This is not the first delay notification. If history repeats itself, I'll be lucky if it ships by then! Was to be a wedding gift; missed that one!

I placed my order on 6/2 and after about five days with no info on shipping, sent an email asking for status and stating that since the shipping fee was VERY high, I expected it would at least have been shipped. The automated response I got back said I would receive a response in two-three business days, which was already a ridiculous timeframe. Today is 6/19 and I still have not received a response. In the interim, my order arrived about a week ago. Ironically, today I received an email telling me that it was shipped TODAY, with a shipping number link to delivery info that says it was delivered, as I already knew. NEVER AGAIN, no matter how bored I am during my flight. "
"I am experience a similar experience like many others. I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes, but there are no updates on the website and it three days later. Who knows when I will receive my merchandise after I sent $19.25 for shipping. This is my 1st order and I don't know how SkyMall.com can stay in business with such poor customer relationship and this includes calling the Customer Service number which did have any idea when I will receive my merchandise. There Order History on their website seems like it doesn't update frequently either."

"I was told I would receive 20% off my first order. When I placed the order I was expecting a final page indicating the 20% off but instead I received the thank you for your order page and it did not show the 20% off on the order. I called their customer support number and the customer support representative was very friendly and informed me that if you scroll down on the description part of the product it will show you which products are not eligible for discounts. Since this information was somewhat hidden and required scrolling down and I did not get a final order verification page, I felt it was a little misled to believe I would receive 20% off site wide and then did not. I would have given a single star rating, but since the customer service rep was so friendly I am giving 2 stars. "
