"I was asked to review SkyMall to say how I liked the service. Fact is, I have received NO service yet. My credit card was charged April 2nd but so far I have neither received the Mosaic Bird Feeder (SKU: HJ6252) nor have I received any email stating it has been or will be shipped or when or how. Just a charge of $52.52 on my Chase credit card. Is that good "Service?"

"The item I returned was listed with only the inside measurements without the outside dimensions. The out side measured 23" including the wheels and handle which is to long for most airlines. The width and depth were also longer than the airlines allow. If you are going to sell items you should be sure your merchants are describing the items correctly. "

"I am extreamly disappointed in SkyMall. I had seen the item I ordered advertised for several days straight on the SkyMall web site. I ordered it and three days later they tell me my order is cancelled. They said it could have been my cancelling the order, which I did not do, or the manufacturer discontinuing the item. I would think that before they advertised the item they would make sure that they could fill the orders with the item. They should have checked with the manufacturer to make sure the item could be sold. I think this will be my last order with SkyMall, they are not dependable. "

"This has been the worse online store I have even seen. After more than 2 weeks waiting to receive the product I ordered (no free shipping, I paid $7 for shipping)and asking questions to their customer service about the shipping process without receiving any clear answer (they just did not know anything about it), I decided to request a cancellation of my order. The same day I requested the cancellation, exactly that day they "sent the product" so they could not cancel the order. I still have not received the merchandise. I have not choice but to contact the BBB and my credit card company regarding this kind of "service". I do not recommend these people to anybody. Delta airline should not offer the magazine of this scam online store."
