"I am extremely dissatified with the level of service I have received. I originally ordered 2 pairs of Hawaiian Jelly Flip Flops. On the day of my order your company (Skymall) did not tell me they did not have the color when ordering online after my completion, so I landed up order a different color over the phone with SkyMall, not knowing I was going to get charged approx. $3 extra for the shipping, since it is now 2 separate orders. I just received an email stating that on of my orders is on back-order until April. I has ordering the Flip Flops for my Husbands Birthday for March 24th, so that just ruined that present. I WISH you would notify me ON THE PHONE or when trying to purchase ON-LINE that you do not have the COLOR available so I don't waste my time. Typically when a color or size is not available the person on the phone or on-line states this item is NOT AVAILABLE."
"Amateurs. I ordered a product on February 21, 2014 and paid for expedited shipping. Never received a confirmation email acknowledging the purchase, and never received shipping information. I called on February 27th and the rep told me the item has shipped and I should receive it in the next day or two. I asked why I didn't receive a confirmation email and he told me sometimes that department forgets to do that, but I shouldn't worry. When the package didn't arrive I called again March 3rd, and this time I was told that there's a 20-day lead time for orders from the manufacture -- and that this is noted in the item description on their website. If it is, I'm not seeing it. Today I received an email from SkyMall saying the item is on backorder and the expect it will ship by or before March 19th. Which is it? Did it ship already? Is there a 20-day lead-time on this product? Or is it on backorder? Geez. SkyMall sucks."
"SkyMall shopping is realatively easy to use and navigate through options to find the product desired. Specials are a little harder to find than using the catalog, however, as it would be nice to have a catalog or magazine option to thumb through the pages. The main problem experienced was with discounts showing up in th order process and being calculated into the order total, then disappearing AFTER the order has been placed and the card being used is charged. So one agrees to a lower discounted amount for the purchase, places the Order button, then the total changes to a higher amount once charged. This is my first expereince using SkyMall where they have done this and changed the total after the purchase process - very unusual and disappointing."
"I was promised a 25% discount in an email. I placed an order showing this discount, but was then charged the full amount. The company billed my credit card an amount different from what I was presented with and authorized on the web page. I do not recommend doing business with this company, and I will do no business with them in the future."
"The table itself is ok, but the cherry color is very red and not close in color to my other pieces of cherry furniture. Also the seats of the chairs are not very wide...a large adult would not find it comfortable. But I was looking for a low profile table for the area and it is definitely that."
