"I ordered a product online. Called the call center to confirm the shipping address and the product I wanted was not eligible to ship to Canada. What's the difference between shipping to Buffalo versus Toronto?! An alternate product was suggested that does ship to Toronto but the shipping cost was rediculous. I'm assuming from this experience that your intended market is US only. "

"I ordered the Peyton Manning autographed football for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. After checking the status of the order several times (the order was placed on 1/27/14), I decided to call Skymall to check the order status. I was told that I needed to allow 10 business days before I could inquire about the status. I called back on 2/12/14 and was told that the item would ship soon. Valentines came and went with no delivery. When I called Skymall again on 2/18/14 to ask about the order, I was told that it was probably on back order and they would email me to let me know. I received an email from Skymall shortly after my phone call to indicate the item was on back order until March 10th. Had I not called to inquire, I would still not know what was going on. I will not be ordering from Skymall in the future."

"This was the most disappointing experience i've eve had for a mail order company! First, they sent me the wrong merchandise. Then, it took weeks to finally get someone to approve an exchange of the merchandise for the originally ordered item. However, after the mistaken item was returned, rather than send the ordered item, SKYMALL simply refunded my money, which also took 608 weeks! We had ordered this item for use in a business publicity catalog. After all that time and trouble, we ended up with nothing to show for it, and now have to look elsewhere to purchase the item. Extremely hap-hazzard business practices! I will **never** use SKYMALL again, and certainly will tell all my friends not to use the service, either. I would have given the rating of "0" if it were possible, but the system forces us to select 1 or higher."
